Condolence: To my sister Grace and nephew David, I am so sorry for the the sadness of Tony's death. We were all blessed more than we ever realized to have him in our lives. I will for ever hear his voice in how he used to call me auntie Jo-Ann, Not the way most say it but with the accent on the auuntie. RIP Tony, and may you find peace in the loving arms of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Condolence: I knew Tony through a Bible study we attended when I was a student at the University of Iowa in the early 1990s. He was smart and funny, and a very nice person.

Well done, good and faithful servant.

Condolence: I always remember Tony as being a very kind person who could always make me smile and laugh. He never said words to hurt others and would do his best to see the good in all persons. At Central Middle School he would break into song with his great voice. I can still remember him trying to help me sing "Mr Sandman" even though I could not sing! Rest in the peace of God and take comfort in him.

Condolence: Tony, though I have only known you a couple of years our friendship grew to one that I would call you my brother. Every day when I was at the shake shop was always looking forward to giving Geoff a hard time with you.

While running for Sheriff you were such a big part of my campaign though I did not win this time you were always there to support me in any way you could.

You will be missed my brother.

Condolence: Tony will be missed by our family. He would always call on Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas, and his occasional visits were always good. We loved to hear Tony sing, and his rendition of "O Holy Night" and "The Old Rugged Cross" was the best "amateur" rendition ever! His heart may have been ailing but it was as big as the USA. Tony had only good things to say about people and the old saying "A stranger is just someone he has not yet met" is never more true than in Tony's case. He is loved and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace in our savior's arms Tony, you are worthy.

Condolence: Grace and family, I am sorry to hear of Tony's passing. Tony had a heart of gold and touched so many lives. I always enjoyed chatting and catching up when our paths crossed. I remember Tony being so involved, dedicated and contributing ever since our high school days. It's comforting to know you have strong faith in the Lord at such a difficult time. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Take care. Bill Warnstaff.
